Hello readers and welcome to the last edition of “Mixup Mondays” for this month of January. Could you believe that January is almost completed already? Have you made any progress with your goals or resolutions for this year thus far? If not, today I will be sharing with you guys two simple steps that I take to keep on track with my goals.
Two ways to keep track of your goals:
✔ Setting weekly goals
At the beginning of the year I set different major goals that I will like to accomplish for the year. To ensure that I achieve those goals each week I will write down some minor goals. For example, I will like to lose 40 pounds, So each week I will write down a number of pounds to lose for the week which makes it easier for me. This week I plan to lose 3 pounds.
✔ Keep a checklist
Very simple, just write down all the goals that you will like to accomplish for the year. Once you have completed one of your goals tick it off, I usually use stickers to symbolize accomplishment.
